There is nothing more idyllic as a sailboat race on a Sunday morning at Turkey Neck Cove  on Deep CreekLake.  The area is in the Garrett County region of north western Maryland.  The area is peaceful and idyllic, extremely fertile and is surrounded by The Allegheny mountains which are a part of the Appalachian mountain range.
